To melt away the layers of weariness, anger, and loneliness and consistently choose to bring our hearts into the world.

The vibrancy of our hearts is a superpower that we can nourish, encourage, and unabashedly energize.

Ideally, you’ll have a space that’s free enough to move in and just larger than a yoga mat. Keep a bolster (thick pillow), blanket, and nearby.
