All too often, our intentions become waylaid, overlooked, watered down, contracted by doubt, cast aside by life’s noise. And then we have to fight to get back to and follow our hearts again.

In this month’s movement series, we’ll reconnect to and energize our intentions, making them physical and strong.

We’ll become the embodiment of how we wish to move in the world:

• Gathering our dispersed energy
• Waking up our muscles and courage
• Creating quiet and space in our minds
• Energizing essential, tangible movement

Ideally, you’ll have a space that’s free enough to move in and just larger than a yoga mat. Keep a bolster (thick pillow), blanket, and nearby.
