In this video, we’ll review how to embody and let go of our habitual reaction to fear. We’ll give it more juice by defining what our biggest fear is in the moment. When we define this, and then through our bodies become able to change it, fear transforms in us as a physical flow of energy, our perspective opens up and we naturally discover more options of how to respond to different life situations.
