During the month of May, we’ll wake up the energy and pulsation of our hearts, and remember our need to interact, give + take, feel the natural energy flow between ourselves, each other, and life.

• Opening our chest, upper backs, and shoulders
• Feeling when we open, and when we close ourselves
• Interacting with space and movements around us
• Stoking our fire from within and moving it through our muscles
• Learning to take in what we want, with grace and ease
• Moving with playfulness and generosity

The incessant pulsation of our hearts, taking in, giving out, keeps us alive. And we need to express this same choreography of movement in our lives. To interact with each other, freely. We’ll remember just our grand our capacity is, despite the circumstances of our world right now.

Ideally, you’ll have a space that’s free enough to move in and just larger than a yoga mat. Keep a bolster (thick pillow), blanket, and nearby.
